Hm, I don't know if this even gets checked anymore, but Mark used to be my guitar teacher (though he probably doesn't remember me...). You all are amazing. At everything. Good luck.
Also, I moved to Seattle. Is there a place I can buy the CD online? |

I heard you guys for the first time ever the other night at the Rud...

Hey y'all. Remember me? I was working with the very talented Jeremy M. Williams and his dance company back in 2003 right before I moved to Atlanta. During that time, Jeremy exposed me to much of your fantastic music. I fell in love with one song in particular titled "The Letter" (if memory serves). How would I go about getting a recording of it and/or a copy of it on paper? If I offer to do a keyboard arrangement, would you share the chart for free? |

Just bought your cd and I can't stop listening to it.... |

Darrick: Enjoyed the site, your dad told us about AM Sunday. I think it is great that you have such talent. PS I am Kim Lott's mom... |
| |
Not Darrick |
What to say? It's true...so true. (The part about Darrick's talent...I have no idea whether or not you are really Kim Lott's mom.)
|
| 2/1/2005 | erika |
Am Sunday is amazing- though I have only seen you a couple of times I can't wait to buy the cd...of course anything with Ray Rizzo must be good!;) He is on almost every local cd available! |

Yes, I'm back again. I hope I sound eager rather than annoying...when will the live recording of the Jazz Factory concert be available?
|
| |
a.m. Sunday |
Darcy...thanks for checking in and asking. We're still trying to get the overall sound of the recording "tweaked"...but it shouldn't be too much longer. Keep checking back for updates.

| 8/20/2004 | Murph |
Caught the FOX 41 show on TV and I am floored. AWESOME stuff. Ray ,my favorite drummer, you have come a long way from spelling TIT with drumsticks in the St X. marching band. Matt you still kick ass on the bass.
Everyone blends so well
Reach the top guys you definitly have it. |
| |
a.m. Sunday |
Thanks Murph!!! Of the numerous stunts that Ray pulled in high school...you picked one of the more subdued ones. :) Thankfully he's perfected the ability to communicate using drumsticks...but now at a much deeper level. Is that too corny? Somebody stop me.

Thanks for the grooves and getting me through the bar exam. Hope to see you next time I'm back home in the Lou. I've heard great stories about the shows. Can't wait to feel it for myself. |
| |
a.m. Sunday |
Thanks Matt! Congrats on getting through the bar exam...and it's good to know that our music helped in some way. Maybe you wrote new bar-exam-related lyrics to our songs and sung them to yourself while taking the exam?

I've been looking in all the usual spots...row 10...the Sabarro... I told you that to get out of this parking lot you'd need a psychiatrist, a parts shop, and a wizard. Guess it worked. Good luck on future endeavors - if you make it to any. I'll be watching.

Life's funny...when you least expect it you end up at a rest stop on the New Jersey turnpike at 5am...with a busted pulley...and then out of nowhere the someone shows up and offers all the advice you'd ever need. Not too mention he owns the world's biggest umbrella.
|
| 5/16/2004 | TARC rider |
Your song Bus Driver, refers to "another ghost is coming into my DMZ affliction." So... any hints as to what that's all about? I'm dying to know! |
| |
a.m. Sunday |
The thrill of someone listening close enough to ask the meaning of a lyric is intense enough to ALMOST make me want to divulge the meaning I get from it, but I don't want to ruin it for people who have their own idea.
Um, so here it is. DMZ means "Darrick Must Zoom". This may sound funny and even exciting the first time it's mumbled through the darkness in the back of the van during a late night ride through the heartland. But the longer you're exposed to it, the more you hear it everywhere - on street corners, in the Pic Pak - and it breaks you down. darrick. must. zoom. It is a burden the band bravely endures because we knew going in that everything was going to change, that the ride was not going to drop us off in the same place we left from. If some of us had known what was going to happen to us, we might not have got on in the first place, but here we are: travelling many miles an hour without armor through a world that sometimes requires such things. This might be a place of safety, always a place of beauty. Then in some quiet moment, the words... Were they spoken by the person next to you or are you hearing them in the wind? No matter. They are what you are hearing. This is the affliction. And it comes with awful new-found wisdom: knowing in our hearts that, despite the sometimes untellable consequences, it is true: Darrick Must Zoom.
And so must you.

I miss you, Matt. Why did you leave me? I think about you all the time. |
| |

You're all I talked about and all I thought about from the moment we met...I promise that our time apart will be short...alas not short enough. I literally can't wait to gaze upon your knobs and buttons once again. Bob Moog is a genius!

Saw you guys this am at Lynn's. You guys kick ass! Got your web address as you were packing up (black leather jacket girl w/ my friend). We'll come see you again for sure. |
| |
a.m. Sunday |
Finally! Some props for our skills in the under-appreciated science of ass - how to kick it, how to shake it, how to show it, etc.... Thanks, Tara. Lynn's was the perfect ending to a week of Derby thrills - good thing you had the jacket, no? We'll see you and your friend the next time then, no? Mauriece likes much cream in his coffee, no? This reply has gone on too long, no?

The website looks great!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved all the songs debuted in the Rythms of Life collaboration. Deep and soulful. |
| |
Ray |
wow. Thank you, Madame T..... I didn't know how you felt! (Yes I did.) The band is happy that after you endured us working on the music for weeks in the basement that you still enjoyed it! (I know it must have sounded different when it wasn't coming up through the heating vents.) Did you hear the one line in that one song? I wrote it about you.
|
| 3/30/2004 | Avril Lavigne |
I saw the band photo on the front page of your website and I have a question. Why does the guy with the big eyebrows look so angry? |
| |
a.m. Sunday |
Ray always has to go and make things so complicated... Here's a link to the original picture, he looked worse before we did some heavy retouching.
|
| 2/10/2004 | TC |
Do you have and idea of how long you'll play at O'malley's or how many songs you might perform? Thanks |

|
| 1/24/2004 | minathanyou |
Your music's real good and, wow, is that lady singer HOT.... |
| |
a.m. Sunday |
Official Statement: While the band does realize that certain of its members are "hot" we do feel that everyone in the band has a strong inner beauty that shouldn't go unnoticed...ah screw it...we all have to fight with the fact that Mauriece is the one everyone is looking at...so it's good for someone else to be singled out. You go girl!!!
|
| 1/20/2004 | Kim C |
You guys are fantastic!!!!!!Keep the music coming!!!!!! |
| |
a.m. Sunday |
Thanks Kim C! "Keep the music coming!"...You said it...and we plan to make it happen!

So when are you guys releasing the full-length studio opus? For what your band has to offer, I need more than just a Taste! |
| |
a.m. Sunday |
We're glad you're diggin' Taste. Our plan is to start working on a full length recording in late January. If all goes well, it'll be available in late Spring!

just two weeks of A.M. Sunday. I have more energy, and have just received a promotion at work. Thanks A.M. Sunday. |
